Join a friendly community of young art collectors

The Young Collectors Club was created in association with Fen Ditton Gallery for early-stage collectors, art enthusiasts, and curious minds who want to learn more about contemporary art and craft in a welcoming, accessible setting. Whether you're starting your first collection or simply want to engage more with the art world, we offer an inspiring space to explore, ask questions, and connect.

Through a series of informal events, private views, studio visits, and talks, our members gain insights into the process of collecting, meet artists and makers, and build confidence navigating galleries and exhibitions. Open to anyone with an interest in art — not just buyers — the club is all about demystifying collecting and celebrating the joy of discovering new work.

Inspiring a new generation of collectors

It’s often thought that the ‘art-world’ is an exclusive space, but we’re here to break down those barriers. We want to encourage and inspire a new generation of art collectors who will continue to support the eco-system of the art industry.

Founder Hannah Munby, who is one half of the mother-daughter duo behind Fen Ditton Gallery, said the idea of the Young Collectors came to her whilst at the gallery: “It occurred to me that the younger buyers who are just starting their own collections often ask us similar questions about limited edition works or framing, so I just thought wouldn’t it be great if I could bring all these people together to learn from each other and form a new community of young collectors”

Art events for new collectors

We hold a series of events for new and aspiring collectors. These informal events are focussed on an exhibition or theme and give our members the chance to learn about new topics in art collecting, whilst enjoying a drink and meeting new people.

On the Blog

“It’s nice to finally have something to bring some warmth and interest into the rooms. Every time I walk into a room with the art we have bought, it puts a smile on my face.”
